Al Schultz
President - PEAK Engineering &
Automation

Al is the founder of PEAK. After
several years as an engineer with
multiple robotics, automation, and
medical companies in Colorado he
opened PEAK E&A in 1994. Al's
strong engineering, design, and
industrial background set the tone
for PEAK's technically elegant
solutions to producing premium
quality fly tying equipment at
affordable prices. Al's main focus
for PEAK Fishing is production and
fabrication, but he is also involved
in engineering/design as it relates
to product development and
improvement and has input into all
aspects of PEAK Fishing. Al is a
charter member of Carp Unlimited.

Kurt Pflock
President - PEAK Fishing

Kurt is the face you'll most likely recognize
associated with PEAK Fishing. He has led
PEAK through our formative years and his
efforts in marketing, sales and product
development have been instrumental in growing
PEAK to the company we are today. Kurt also
has an engineering background and has
experience with automation and medical
equipment. His range of talents make Kurt a
valuable asset to both PEAK Fishing and PEAK
Engineering & Automation. While his value to
PEAK E & A has resulted in less of Kurt's time
being available for the day-to-day PEAK Fishing
activities, Kurt is still involved with marketing,
product development, planning and
management of PEAK Fishing.

Al Ritt
Marketing/Sales/Service/Product
Development

Al is the most recent addition to PEAK Fishing,
but his association really dates back to PEAK
Fishing inception. Not surprisingly, Al comes to
PEAK with a long background in robotics and
automation as an engineer and project
manager. Al has also done stints in retail
environments managing the hunting/fishing
department for a large retailer and working in a
local fly shop. Al has taught fly tying classes
and presented fly tying demonstrations at fly
shops and fly fishing shows and expos
throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Throughout PEAK Fishing's history, Al has
contributed to product development and
marketing plans as a consultant. Most recently
Al completed the first pair of bamboo rods to be
produced on PEAK Fishing's planing forms. Al
now attends to most of the day-to-day sales,
marketing and service activities of PEAK
Fishing.

Aviva Pflock
Accounting/Material
Control

Aviva is "that person" which
every company has and needs,
but who nobody can quite
describe. PEAK Fishing would
certainly be hard pressed to
do without her. Quite
possibly our most valuable
asset, Aviva is sadly the only
person associated with PEAK
Fishing who neither fly fishes
nor ties flies. Aviva processes
dealer orders, invoices and
payments, coordinates
shipping, orders materials and
it's very likely if you call
PEAK Fishing it will be
Aviva's upbeat smiling voice
which will greet you. Aviva's
input into marketing plans as
well as PEAK Fishing
